Talent deserves the right opportunity, wherever it comes from. We help footballers build a professional career — with honest advice and a clear path forward.
We represent and place players from Africa, Europe, Asia and the Americas, with clubs across Europe and worldwide. From the first assessment to the next move, we accompany each player on and off the pitch.
One agent. A shared ambition.
BYSPORTS AGENCY is led by Yannick Noël Beyouma, a FIFA-licensed football agent authorised to represent minors and a professional fitness coach.
Alongside representation, we organise trials, showcase tournaments and academy events. We support players when a club does not respect its contract, and work to protect their future.
Honest assessment
A realistic view of each player’s level, potential and goals. The right next step matters more than a promise.
Agreements in writing
Clear written agreements in line with the FIFA Football Agent Regulations. Every commitment is explained.
Player welfare first
Parents are involved for under-18s. FIFA rules for minors are respected, and the player’s wellbeing comes first.
